Forest City Cemetery (International)

Description: Forest City is split by the International border but has only one cemetery (on the New Brunswick Canada side) that is used by both U.S. and Canadian citizens. The entrance area has three old millstones from a local gristmill of the late 1800's. One stone has memorial plaque (circa 1970) to a U.S. Doctor who was mainly responsible for the rehabilitation of the nearly lost cemetery.
Location: 1/2 mile north of the U.S./Canada border at Forest City. Forest City is 12 miles N.E. of Brookton, which is on US Route 1, 8 miles north of Topsfield. RR 1, Forest City 04413
